Originated from a dream I had during my time of alcoholism.  Denial is the first and the hardest stage to surpass when starting or realizing the necessity for addiction treatments. We realize how desperate we are at justifying ourselves during this stage that to an outsider it could seem foolish. Continuation of denials gets us nowhere but to our dooms.
